Queso!!
This book was such an amazing choice!! I never thought that there were this many recipes for Queso! This makes me so happy, I tried a couple so far and they were great! I cannot wait to try the rest of them. One of the things I really loved about this is how much of a variety they put into it. If you love queso then you need this book because it's like you could have it every night and not get sick of it.
